'On the Move to Sustainable Agriculture on the Balkan Peninsula'

The conference will take place from September 21-23, 2016 in Prishtina, Kosovo. The conference will be organised by the Faculty of Agriculture and Veterinary of the Prishtina University 'Hasan Prishtina'. The conference venue will be the Hotel Sirius which is located in the city centre.

Registration for participation and oral or poster contributions starts on April 15, 2016. We kindly ask you to send the registration form directly (by e-mail) to the address given below. Please indicate your name and address clearly.

To register oral or poster contributions you have to submit an abstract no later than July 22, 2016. The acceptance of contributions will be announced on August 15, 2016.

For Instructions on writing the abstract, please, see Abstracts/Proceedings. Please, ensure that your abstract meets these instructions otherwise it will be rejected. Only those abstracts written in the English language will guarantee successful submission. The conference language will be English.

Lunch and coffee

During the conference (Wednesday and Thursday) there will be the possibility to have lunch at the conference venue. You are kindly asked to pay your lunch (12 Euro per day) during the conference.

Coffee and biscuits during the coffee breaks are included in the conference fee.

Payment of the conference fee plus additionals

The conference fees plus additionals must be paid directly at the conference registration desk on September 21. Right after payment, you will receive a certificate of attendance.

In the event of cancellation before August 20, 2016 we will retain a handling fee of 20 Euros. Cancellation after this date will not receive a refund of the fees.


Please, organise your own accommodation. You will find a list of hotels on the web site 'Accommodation'.
